<br />DCB:sh 8/7/85 <br /> <br />AUG 1 2 1985 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI ION <br /> <br />N O. 997 2 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />RED MORTON COMMUNITY COURT TENNIS COURT REPAIRS AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the reconstruction of Red Morton <br /> <br />Communi ty Court Tennis Court by overlaying the existing courts <br /> <br />with asphalt and applying new playing surface; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the <br /> <br />reconstruction of the tennis courts; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans and specifications entitled, <br /> <br />"Contract Documents-and Specifications For Red Morton Community <br /> <br />Park Court Repairs", Redwood City, California, prepared for the <br /> <br />Department of Public Works and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
