<br />DAS:sh 3/6/86 <br /> <br />10157 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 1 G 1986 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR TWO (2) RUBBER <br />TIRED BACKHOE LOADERS AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br />CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for two (2) rubber tired backhoe loaders; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />backhoe loaders; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOR; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "City of Redwood City <br /> <br />_ Specifications for Rubber Tired Backhoe Loader", prepared by <br /> <br />the Department of General Services and on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
