<br />f\ n..S : d j c <br />.s : sh <br /> <br />1/24/86 <br />2/26/86R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10159 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 1 '? 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND WESTIN ENGINEERING <br />INCORPORATED FOR TELEPHONE AND DATA COMMUNICATION TECHNICAL <br />ASSISTANCE SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City ("City") plans to upgrade <br /> <br />and modernize its telephone and data communication systems; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage a consultant to provide <br /> <br />technical assistance leading to the selection and implementation <br /> <br />of a new telephone system to meet the City's telephone and data <br /> <br />communication needs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant has represented to City that he is <br /> <br />uniquely qualified and experienced to perform all of the services <br /> <br />referred to in this Agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and westin Engineering Incorporated, entitled lITechnical <br /> <br />Assistance Agreement - Telephone System" (form dated 2/27/86RR), <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10159 <br />
