<br />SWC:sh 3/20/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10175 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 7 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT AND BID DOCUMENTS <br />FOR COMMUNITY PARK AND RECREATION BUILDING AND PRACTICE <br />FIELD AND AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has been presented with a lease <br /> <br />agreement and bid documents relating to the lease of certain <br /> <br />City-owned property known as the Community Park Recreation <br /> <br />Building, and an adjacent practice field, and more particularly <br /> <br />described in the Lease Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve the aforementioned lease agreement and bid documents and <br /> <br />authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the lease of the <br /> <br />said leased premises; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain lease agreement entitled "Lease Agreement <br /> <br />Community Park Recreation Building and Practice Field" <br /> <br />consisting of Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, and <br /> <br />Proposal, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the lease of the premises described in the <br /> <br />lease agreement in accordance with Section 3~ of the Charter of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10175 <br />
