<br />DJ\S: sh <br /> <br />9/02/86 <br /> <br />OaJGJNAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ Q. 1 0 31 9 <br /> <br />SEP 8 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />AND ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />INSPECTION SERVICES <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND TEJIMA <br />RELATING TO SOILS TESTING AND <br />FOR LIBRARY SITE PREPARATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant for <br /> <br />soils <br /> <br />testing <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />inspection <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />library <br /> <br />site <br /> <br />preparation project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Tejima <br /> <br />and Associates, Inc. of Redwood City, California to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Tej ima and Associates, Inc. to provide the <br /> <br />abovementioned services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Tejima and Associates, Inc. entitled "Agreement Soils <br /> <br />Testing and <br /> <br />Inspection Services <br /> <br />Library Si te Preparation <br /> <br />Project", attached hereto, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10319 <br />
