FOR ACQUISITION AND <br />OPERATION OF AN EMERGENCY SHELTER IN THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Acquisition and Operation of an Emergency Housing Shelter in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City", by and among the City of Redwood City, the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, and the Mid-Peninsula Coalition Housing <br /> <br />Fund, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, and to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10371 <br />
