<br />SWC:sh 2/27/86 <br /> <br />O'"'!"II\I "L <br />i\IUliH1 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q. 1 0 3 7 3 <br /> <br />NOV 1 0 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES IN COOPERATION WITH <br />THE REDWOOD CITY CONSORTIUM FOR SCHOOL AGE CHILD CARE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />pursuant <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Resolution <br /> <br />No. 1 0 3 7 2 <br /> <br />adopted <br /> <br />November 10, 1986, the City has entered into that certain <br /> <br />agreement entitled "Contract Between San Mateo County Department <br /> <br />of Social Services and the City of Redwood City for the Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty Consortium", whereby the County will finance, and the City <br /> <br />will administer, as agent for the Redwood City Consortium for <br /> <br />School-age Child Care <br /> <br />("Consortium") , <br /> <br />a program for the <br /> <br />development of child care resources in the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the aforesaid agreement, the City is <br /> <br />required to retain a professional consultant to carry out certain <br /> <br />duties specified in said agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement for consulting services, and it is the desire of this <br /> <br />Council to approve such agreement and to authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement (form dated 11/7/86), by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and Sandra Boland, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />10373 <br />
