<br />SWC:p~ 12/24/86 (#18) <br /> <br />ORIGIN.'1.L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10394 <br /> <br />JAN 5 <br /> <br />1~,' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT TO PERFORM ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES <br />FOR THE SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM AUTHORITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the South Bayside System Authority <br /> <br />(II SBSA II) <br /> <br />requires certain professional accounting and financial services <br /> <br />relating to accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, investing, <br /> <br />and accountS receivable; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Director has submitted a proposal to <br /> <br />the SBSA for the furnishing of such services by the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the SBSA Commission has approved the City's <br /> <br />proposal, and has presented to the City an agreement for said <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to approve said <br />agreement, and to authorize its execution on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled IIAgreement - Accounting and <br /> <br />Financial Servicesll (form dated 11/19/86R), by and between the <br /> <br />South Bayside System Authority and the City of Redwood City, a <br /> <br />copy of which agreement in on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, and to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />~~ 0;3 <br />
