<br />SWC:djk 02/03/88 (#21) <br /> <br />FEB 8 1988 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 71 9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT AND BID DOCUMENTS <br />FOR CITY-OWNED LOT AT CORNER OF PINE AND MIDDLEFIELD; <br />AND AUTHORIZING CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has been presented with a lease <br /> <br />agreement and bid documents relating to the lease of certain <br /> <br />Ci ty-owned property <br /> <br />loca ted a t the <br /> <br />corner of <br /> <br />Pine <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Middlefield, and more particularly described on "Exhibit A" of <br /> <br />the lease agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve the aforementioned lease agreement and bid documents and <br /> <br />authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the lease of the <br /> <br />said pleased premises; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain bid documents entitled "Lease of City <br /> <br />Owned Land", consisting of Notice to Bidders, Instructions to <br /> <br />Bidders, Proposal, and Lease Agreement (form dated 01/12/88), a <br /> <br />copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the lease of the premises described in the <br /> <br />lease agreement in accordance with Section 3-1/2 of the Charter <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 0 71 9 <br />
