<br />SWc. j j 1 3 / 2 3 / 8 8 <br /> <br />( # 2 2 ) COP'! <br />APR 4 1988 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10759 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND WAGE <br />PLAN FOR THE POSITIONS OF FIRE FIGHTER AND FIRE CAPTAIN <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Effective April 1, 1987, the monthly salary rates in <br /> <br />dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in <br /> <br />Exhibi t "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> <br />herein, are hereby established for each of the employee positions <br /> <br />within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter and Fire <br /> <br />Captain as set forth in Exhibit "A" for the designated steps <br /> <br />thereof for the period April 1, 1987 to and including May 31, <br /> <br />1987. <br /> <br />2. Effective June 1,1987, the monthly salary rates in <br /> <br />dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in <br /> <br />Exhibit "B", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> <br />herein, are hereby established for each of the employee positions <br /> <br />wi thin the employment classifications of Fire Fighter and Fire <br /> <br />Captain as set forth in Exhibit "B" for the designated steps <br /> <br />thereof for the period commencing June 1, 1987. <br /> <br />3. Employees granted part-time appointments to positions <br /> <br />in the employment classifications of Fire Fighter and Fire <br /> <br />Captain as set forth in Exhibit "A" shall be compensated on an <br /> <br />hourly basis in accordance with the salary rates set forth in <br /> <br />said Exhibit "A" for the period therein designated. <br /> <br />10759 <br />
