<br />DAS'bjl 4/21/88 (#22) <br />APR 2 5 1988 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />!! o. 1 077 6 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO THAT AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING <br />SERVICES ENTITLED "AGREEMENT ENGINEERING SERVICES MAIN <br />STREET/REDWOOD CREEK BRIDGE REPLACEMENT" <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires engineering <br /> <br />services relating to the replacement of that certain structure <br /> <br />commonly known as the Main Street Bridge (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such services are in addition to those services <br /> <br />agreed to by the City of Redwood City and Creegan & D' Angelo, <br /> <br />Inc., Consulting Engineers in that certain agreement approved by <br /> <br />the City Council pursuant to Resolution No. 10343, adopted <br /> <br />September 22, 1986, and entitled "Agreement Engineering Services <br /> <br />Main Street/Redwood Creek Bridge Replacement" ("Agreement"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Creegan & D'Angelo, Inc., Consulting Engineers, has <br /> <br />represented to this Council that it is qualified to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an amendment to the Agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Creegan & D'Angelo, Inc. relating to such <br /> <br />services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain amendment to the Agreement by and between the <br /> <br />Ci ty of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> <br />California, and Creegan & D'Angelo, Inc. entitled "Amendment I <br /> <br />Agreement Engineering Services Main Street/Redwood Creek Bridge <br /> <br />10776 <br />
