<br />DAS.bjl 5/11/88 (#22) <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 10791 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAY 1 6 1988 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />NOR-CAL MOVING SERVICES RELATING TO SERVICES FOR <br />THE NEW MAIN LIBRARY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a mover for <br /> <br />moving services for the new Main Library; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage NOR-CAL <br /> <br />Moving Services of San Leandro, California to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for NOR-CAL Moving Services to provide the <br /> <br />abovementioned services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and NOR-CAL Moving Services entitled "Agreement-Relocation <br /> <br />Services for the Move to the New Main Library in Redwood City", <br /> <br />(form dated 5/11/88) attached hereto, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10791 <br /> <br />.. <br />
