<br />SWc;~ojl <br />SWt J j I <br /> <br />5/13/88 (#22) <br />5/19/88R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 799 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SECOND ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT - SHOREWAY ROAD <br />MODIFICATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and the City of Belmont <br /> <br />entered <br /> <br />into <br /> <br />an <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />August <br /> <br />28, <br /> <br />1968 <br /> <br />(the <br /> <br />"Agreement"), as amended by Agreement dated September 26, 1985 <br /> <br />(the "First Amendment"), providing, among other matters, for <br /> <br />mutual rights and responsibilities with respect to access to <br /> <br />those roads designated as Frontage Road "A" and Frontage Road "B" <br /> <br />on Exhibit "A" of the Agreement, which roads are located in the <br /> <br />vicinity of the Ralston Avenue - U.S. Highway 101, Interchange <br /> <br />and are located partially within the corporate limits of both <br /> <br />said Cities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement provides that the parties thereto <br /> <br />shall meet and confer prior to any realignment of, or the <br /> <br />construction of any street, road, highway, bridge, overpass or <br /> <br />other similar public way which is or may be designed to intersect <br /> <br />with or cross that certain boundary line designated liB Area <br /> <br />Boundary" shown upon Exhibit "A" of the Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said parties have met and conferred and have <br /> <br />mutually consented to the realignment of Frontage Road "B", now <br /> <br />known as Shoreway Road, and an extension of Centrum Plaza Drive <br /> <br />from Shoreway Road to Marine Parkway, which would intersect and <br /> <br />cross said "B Area Boundary" line ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council a Second Addendum to the Agreement setting forth the <br /> <br />10799 <br />
