<br />SWC!djk 08/03/88 (#21) <br /> <br />co\,'{ <br />O,",iGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10855 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND WAGE PLAN <br />FOR THE POSITIONS OF POLICE SERGEANT, POLICE OFFICER <br />AND POLICE OFFICER TRAINEE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Effective September 1, 1988, the monthly salary rates <br /> <br />in dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth <br /> <br />in Exhibit <br /> <br />"A", <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the <br />employee positions within the employment classifications of <br /> <br />Police Sergeant, Police Officer and Police Officer Trainee as set <br /> <br />forth in Exhibit "A" for the designated steps thereof for the <br /> <br />period September 1, 1988 to and including August 31, 1989. <br /> <br />2. Employees granted part time appointments to positions <br /> <br />in the employment classifications of Police Sergeant, Police <br /> <br />Officer and Police Officer Trainee as set forth in Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />shall be compensated on an hourly basis in accordance with the <br /> <br />salary rates set forth in said Exhibit "A" for the period therein <br /> <br />designated. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10855 <br />
