<br />DF.S:djk 08/19/88 (#21) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 1. 0 8 9 0 <br /> <br />Aue 2. ? 1988 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN MATEO COUNTY CONVENTION AND <br />VISITORS BUREAU FOR PROMOTIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the San Mateo County Convention and Visitors Bureau <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement Between San Mateo County Convention and <br /> <br />Visitors Bureau and City of Redwood City for Promotional <br /> <br />Services" (form dated 8/19/88), for the furnishing of certain <br /> <br />community promotional services, a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10890 <br />
