<br />DAS:mma 9/8/88 (#23/025) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10896 <br /> <br />ORfGINAL <br />SEP 1 2 moo <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING REVIEW/PLAN CHECKING <br />SERVICES-REGATTA SUBDIVISION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert consulting <br /> <br />engineering plan checking services for the Regatta Subdivision <br /> <br />Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />KCA <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified to furnish such expert <br /> <br />review/plan checking services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />KCA Engineers, Inc., and this Council desires to approve and <br /> <br />authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Engineering Review/Plan <br /> <br />Checking Services-Regatta Subdivision proj ect" <br /> <br />(form dated <br /> <br />9/8/88) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and KCA Engineers, Inc., <br /> <br />providing for the furnishing of expert review/plan checking <br /> <br />engineering services with respect to the Regatta Subdivision <br /> <br />Project, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10896 <br />
