<br />DAS:mmq 1l/4/88 (#23/04l) <br />OHiGiNAL <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10933 <br /> <br />NOV 1 4 1988 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING REVIEW/PLAN CHECKING <br />SERVICES LAKE SHORE TOWNHOMES UNIT NO. 2 <br />SUBDIVISION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert consulting <br /> <br />engineering plan checking services for the Lakeshore Townhome _ <br /> <br />Unit No. 2 Subdivision Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />KCA <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified to furnish such expert <br /> <br />review/plan checking services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />KCA Engineers, Inc., and this Council desires to approve and <br /> <br />authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Engineering Review/Plan <br /> <br />Checking Services - Lakeshore Townhomes - Unit No. 2 Subdivision <br /> <br />Project" (form dated 11/4/87) by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and RCA <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />providing for the furnishing of expert <br /> <br />review/plan checking engineering services with respect to the <br /> <br />Lakeshore Townhomes - Unit No. 2 Subdivision Project, a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10933 <br />
