<br />MJP:~N ll/2l/88 (#23/046) <br /> <br />NOV 2 81988 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10934 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING NON ACCESS RESTRICTION OVER A <br />PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET (REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY) IN <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF <br />DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 10926, adopted October 24, 1988, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described non access <br /> <br />restriction along a portion of Redwood Shores Parkway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the abovementioned <br /> <br />non access restriction has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described non access restriction is unnecessary for <br /> <br />present or prospective public purposes and hereby orders said non <br /> <br />access restriction vacated. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />non <br /> <br />access <br /> <br />restriction <br /> <br />to be vacated was <br /> <br />established by and designated on that certain map entitled <br /> <br />"Sandpiper Lagoon Unit #2", as shown on the attached plat in <br /> <br />10934 <br />
