<br />MJP : ffiJ'" - II / 2 1 / 8 8 ( # 2 3 /0 4 8 ) <br /> <br />NOV 2 8 1988 <br /> <br />10941 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />1988-89 SIDEWALK REPAIR AND TREE PROGRAM; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for 1988-89 Sidewalk repair and tree <br /> <br />Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents and <br /> <br />Specification for "1988-89 Sidewalk repair and Tree Program" <br /> <br />prepared by the City Department of Community Development, <br /> <br />Engineering Division and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
