<br />DAS : ffiJ""" 11/18/88 ( # 2 3 / 0 43) <br /> <br />NOV 2 81988 <br /> <br />DRIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING BID DOCUMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE OF <br />WATER TELEMETRY SYSTEM, STORM & SEWER SYSTEMS FOR <br />JANUARY l, 1989 - DECEMBER 3l, 1989 IN THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0942 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />bid documents for maintenance of the Water Telemetry System, <br /> <br />Storm & Sewer Systems for 1989 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />the performance of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />bid <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Contract <br /> <br />Documents and Specifications for Maintenance for Water Telemetry, <br /> <br />Storm & Sewer Systems, January l, 1989 - December 3l, 1989, City <br /> <br />of Redwood City," on file in the office of the General Services <br /> <br />Director, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of such work in accordance <br /> <br />with the bid documents therefore, said advertisement to be in the <br /> <br />form of that certain "Notice to Bidders" set forth in the <br /> <br />abovementioned bid documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10942 <br />
