<br />DAS:bjl 3/')3/88 (#22) <br />MJP : rnmg l2 I J / 8 8 R ( # 2 2 / 0 1 9 ) <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.I0950 <br /> <br />DEe 1 9 1988 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (l) <br />PHOTOCOPIER; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE <br />DOCUMENTS THEREFOR <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Clerk advertised for bids for the purchase <br /> <br />of one (l) photocopier; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, four (4) bids were <br /> <br />received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Harris/3M, San Francisco, California is the lowest <br /> <br />responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this <br /> <br />Council to accept the bid of said company; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Harris/3M, San Francisco, California for the <br /> <br />sale of one (1) photocopier at a total bid price of Twenty-four <br /> <br />Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars ($24,750.00) <br /> <br />computed in accordance with said bidder's proposal dated November <br /> <br />15, 1988, is hereby accepted; said bidder is hereby found and <br /> <br />dec lared to be the <br /> <br />lowest responsible bidder for said <br /> <br />photocopier. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute all documents on behalf of the City of Redwood City for <br /> <br />the purchase of said photocopier in accordance with the <br /> <br />10950 <br />
