<br />DAS:mm0 12/28/88 (#24/061) <br /> <br />JAN 9 1989 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />RELATING TO RECONSTRUCTION OF A PORTION OF REDWOOD <br />CREEK CULVERT <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0955 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert consulting <br /> <br />engineering <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />for the preparation of <br /> <br />construction <br /> <br />documents for the reconstruction of a portion of the Redwood <br /> <br />Creek Culvert improvements in the vicinity of Middlefield Road; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Wilsey & Ham, Consulting Engineers, represents that <br /> <br />it is qualified to furnish such expert engineering services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />Wilsey & Ham, and this Council desires to approve and authorize <br /> <br />its execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />Design Services (Redwood Creek Culvert)" (form dated 12/28/88) by <br /> <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br /> <br />the State of California and Wilsey & Ham, Professional Engineers, <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10955 <br />
