<br />DAS:mm~ 01/27/89 (#23/037) <br />DAS : InTI. 0 2 / 0 6 / 8 9 R ( # 2 3 / 0 3 7 ) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />URIGINAL <br />l097a <br /> <br />FEB - 6 1989 <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP FOR CIRRUS <br />ESTATES SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br />TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />AN OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications, <br /> <br />easements or abandoned easements described therein) of Cirrus <br /> <br />Estates Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by <br /> <br />Cannis Consulting Engineers, consultant for The Plymouth Group, <br /> <br />Inc. a California corporation and managing general partner, and <br /> <br />Jefferson Avenue Partners L.P., a California limited partnership, <br /> <br />owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by <br /> <br />the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Cirrus Estates Subdivision" wherein Owners, <br />in consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br />said agreement, all improvements required of Owners under <br />the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said <br />City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement. <br /> <br />l097:i <br />
