<br />MJP:d;~ 01/23/89 (024/24) <br /> <br />/' , " ~ .' .- <br />li < ".', ;'~'<'IL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ Q. :l1L9.Sl <br /> <br />FEB 6 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 10934, PASSED BY <br />THE CITY COUNCIL ON NOVEMBER 28, 1988 DUE TO A CLERICAL <br />ERROR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 28, 1988, the City Council passed <br /> <br />Resolution No. 10934 in order to vacate a non-access restriction <br /> <br />over Redwood Shores Parkway within the city limits of Redwood <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to a clerical error, Resolution No 10934 <br /> <br />inaccurately describes the subdivision map on which the <br /> <br />non-access restriction to be vacated is designated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Redwood City wishes to rescind <br /> <br />Resolution No. 10934 and to pass Resolution No. 10982 <br /> <br />in order <br /> <br />to correct this error and to thereby enable the Recorder of San <br /> <br />Mateo County to record the vacation of said non-access <br /> <br />restriction over a portion of Redwood Shores Parkway; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the City Council of Redwood City hereby rescinds <br /> <br />Resolution No. 10934, which was previously passed by the Council <br /> <br />on November 28, 1988. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10981 <br />
