<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~1 0 9 ~ 7 <br /> <br />ORiGINt'L <br /> <br />RESOLUTION HONORING THE FIFTH ANNUAL WOMEN"S HALL OF FAME OF SAN <br />MATEO COUNTY <br /> <br />FEB 27 1989 <br /> <br />lm:CI'-.EAS, the San Nateo County Board of Supervisors and the Advisory Council <br />on Women will co-sponsor the 5th Annual Women's Hall of Fame of <br />San Mateo County on March 3, 1989 to recognize the exceptional <br />achievements of the women who live or work in the County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this is the lst Women's Hall of Fame in the State of California <br />established to recognize the superior accomplishments of the <br />women in this County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, women from every corner of this County contribute to the cultural, <br />economic, social political and labor communities and are <br />instrumental in providing continuity, stability, courage and <br />values for the many peoples of our County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the honorees of the Women's Hall of Fame are testament to the <br />sacrifices, efforts and success of the pioneering women before <br />them; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I JOHN H.
