<br />DAS:mma 3/l/89 (#23/087) <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />MAR - b 1989 <br />N o. 1 0 992 OF{iGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A SLOPE EASEMENT ALONG A PART OF <br />THE JEFFERSON AVENUE FRONTAGE IN THE CIRRUS ESTATES <br />SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF <br />THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />~8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the <br /> <br />State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> <br />its Resolution No. 10974, adopted February 6, 1989, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described slope easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate said slope easement <br /> <br />has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. This Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described slope easement is no longer needed by the <br /> <br />Ci ty for present or prospective public use, and hereby orders <br /> <br />said slope easement vacated. <br /> <br />2. The slope easement along a portion of the Jefferson <br /> <br />Avenue frontage in the Cirrus Estates Subdivision hereby vacated <br /> <br />was designated in that deed to the City of Redwood City under <br /> <br />Document #33246-Y, Reel 4924 at image 576; is shown on that <br /> <br />certain map entitled "Farm Hill No.2" as recorded in Book 45 of <br /> <br />10992 <br />
