<br />MJP:mmo 3/2/89 (#23/090) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />10994 <br /> <br />MAR - 6 1989 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />TEJIMA & ASSOCIATES RELATING TO GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES <br />FOR WATER STORAGE RESERVOIR NO. 2 AT REDWOOD SHORES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City plans to construct certain water storage <br /> <br />reservoir improvements to its water system at Redwood Shores; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage Tejima & Associates for <br /> <br />certain services, including, but not limited to, geotechnical <br /> <br />observation and testing services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Tejima & Associates has represented to City that it <br /> <br />is qualified and experienced to perform those services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and entitled "Agreement For Geotechnical Services for Water <br /> <br />Storage Reservoir No. <br /> <br />2, Redwood Shores <br /> <br />Redwood Ci ty , <br /> <br />California" <br /> <br />(form dated 3/2/89), a copy of which is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />Ci ty Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10994 <br />
