<br />MJP:mm 93/22/89 (#23/102) <br /> <br />ORiGi.JAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11009 <br /> <br />MAR 2 7 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT SERVICES FOR <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 (REDWOOD SHORES) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Property Tax <br /> <br />Assessment Services for General Improvement District No. l-64 <br /> <br />(Redwood Shores)" (form dated 3/4/89), by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and American Appraisal Associates, Inc., a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11009 <br />
