<br />DAS:mmg ~5/17/89 (#23/122) <br />OR1G[Nf~L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11043 <br /> <br />MAY 22 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE MIDDLEFIELD ROAD CULVERT AND STREET RECONSTRUCTION <br />PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract documents and specifications for the Middlefield Road <br /> <br />Culvert and Street Reconstruction Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />reconstruction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and - Specifications for Middlefield Road Culvert and Street <br /> <br />Reconstruction Project <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, California", <br /> <br />prepared by the City Engineering Division, Department of <br /> <br />Community Development and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />bids <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />called <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
