(IG.HhL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q.1-1Jl4 9 <br /> <br />JUN 5 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING NON ACCESS RESTRICTION OVER A <br />PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET (MARINE PARKWAY) IN THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION <br />9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />Section 8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of <br /> <br />the State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />by its Resolution No. 11022, adopted April 17, 1989, declared its <br /> <br />intention to vacate the hereinafter described non access <br /> <br />restriction over a portion of a public street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code, and pursuant to Government Code Section 54955.1, <br /> <br />notice of intention to vacate the described non access <br /> <br />restriction has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described non access restriction is no longer needed <br /> <br />to restrict access across such street, and hereby orders said <br /> <br />restriction vacated. <br /> <br />2. The non access restriction over a portion of Marine <br /> <br />Parkway hereby vacated was established by and designated on that <br /> <br />certain map entitled "Shoreline Neighborhood Area 'F'" as <br /> <br />recorded in Book 118 of Maps, Pages 58-60, Records of San Mateo <br /> <br />County, California, and is depicted on the attached plat labeled <br />
