<br />DES: mmg -" /3 0 /89 ( # 2 3/13 4 ) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11050 <br /> <br />vidGINAL <br /> <br />JUN 5 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING <br />INTERCITY TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ("TSM") <br />AUTHORITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Joint Powers Agreement <br /> <br />Establishing the InterCity Transportation Systems Management <br /> <br />(TSM) Authority", which agreement is implementive of this City's <br /> <br />Transportation System Management Program established pursuant to <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1991, adopted April 3, 1989 by this Council, and <br /> <br />which agreement is in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof attached <br /> <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br /> <br />agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit "A" for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />circulate among the other signatory Cities to said agreement <br /> <br />original counterparts of said agreement by said signatories, and <br /> <br />thereafter to retain a fully executed original counterpart of <br /> <br />said agreement in the official records of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11050 <br />
