<br />MJp:mmg r-/14/89 (#251013) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11070 <br /> <br />JUN 1 91989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF PROPOSED <br />SITE FOR NEW POLICE FACILITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires an environmental investigation of the <br /> <br />proposed site for the new police facility; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Levine-Fricke, Inc., Emeryville, California has <br /> <br />represented to City that it is experienced and uniquely qualified <br /> <br />to perform such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage Levine-Fricke, Inc. to <br /> <br />perform environmental investigation services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Environmental <br /> <br />Investigation Services - Proposed Site for New Police Facility - <br /> <br />Redwood City, California" <br /> <br />(form dated 06/14/89), a copy of which <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
