<br />DES:mmq ~5/25/89 (#23/130) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />N 0.11 0 7 2 J U N 1 9 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND <br />RECORDATION OF NOTICE OF ASSURANCES TO THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA OF THE USE OF PROPERTY AND/OR THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA'S RIGHT OF RECAPTURE <br /> <br />(FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER - SENIOR CENTER ADDITION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain document entitled "Notice of Assurances to <br /> <br />the State of California of the Use of Property and/or the State <br /> <br />of California's Right of Recapture" in the form of Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, <br /> <br />pertaining to contractual rights of the State of California <br /> <br />pursuant to grant agreement for construction of Senior Center <br /> <br />Facilities at the Fair Oaks Community Center, Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said notice for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />submit the aforesaid notice of assurances to the County Recorder, <br /> <br />County of San Mateo for recordation. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
