<br />MJP:mmg <br /> <br />Ofi/22/89 (#25/016) <br />JUN 2 6 1989 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N <br /> <br />O. <br /> <br />11077 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AMENDMENT OF AN <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN CHEM RISK AND CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />FOR HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT SERVICES FOR THE WESTPORT <br />PROJECT SITE <br /> <br />WHEREAS; <br /> <br />On March 27, 1989, the City Council of Redwood <br /> <br />City passed Resolution No. 11005, which approved and authorized <br /> <br />the execution of an agreement between Chem Risk ("Consultant") <br /> <br />and the City of Redwood City ("City") for the provision of health <br /> <br />risk assessment services for the Westport Project site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS; <br /> <br />The Council wishes to amend the above-referenced <br /> <br />agreement to authorize Consultant to perform additional services, <br /> <br />including soil and groundwater studies, to strengthen the health <br /> <br />risk assessment and to verify existing data; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement between Chem Risk and the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, entitled "Health Risk Assessment Services for <br /> <br />Westport Project Site, Redwood City, California", is hereby <br /> <br />amended to authorize Consultant to perform additional services, <br /> <br />including soil and groundwater duties, as outlined in Exhibit A, <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and as <br /> <br />authorized by City. <br /> <br />2.
