<br />CES:mmg 07/11/89 (#25/023) <br />DES:mmg /24/89R <br /> <br />JUL 24 1989 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.I1090 <br /> <br />COpy <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES, INC. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY,AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Employee Assistance Program Services", by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Occupational Health Services, Inc., (Contract <br /> <br />No. OHS-213-89) dated the first day of January 1989, and <br /> <br />providing for annual renewal of the agreement; pursuant to which <br /> <br />certain counseling services shall be furnished to the City, a <br /> <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
