LLO-91 <br /> <br />JUl 2 4 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR SPECIAL COUNSEL SERVICES <br /> <br />(LIEBERT, CASSIDY & FRIERSON) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Special Counsel <br /> <br />Services" (form date 06/27/89) by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Liebert, Cassidy & Frierson, a professional corporation, <br /> <br />providing for the furnishing of specialized legal services for <br /> <br />employer-employee relations, a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br /> <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement substantially in the <br /> <br />form of Exhibit A for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
