<br />CES/ces (CHAS/009) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO 11109 MJ6211989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR USE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1006 JEFFERSON AVENUE, FOR ADULT <br />SCHOOL PURPOSES (SEQUOIA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sequoia Union High School District , Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />requested <br /> <br />permission <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />utilize <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />City-owned facilities located at 1006 Jefferson Avenue, <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />August 15, 1989 through December 31, 1989, for the Sequoia Union <br /> <br />High School District Adult School; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />grant a revocable permit permitting such use, subject to certain <br /> <br />specified terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain Revocable Permit attached hereto and <br /> <br />incoropoated by way of reference herein, is hereby affirmed and <br /> <br />the City Manageris hereby authorized to execute said permit to <br /> <br />Sequoia District Adult School for the use of the building located <br /> <br />at 1006 Jefferson Avenue (corner of Middlefield and Jefferson) <br /> <br />for the period from August 15, 1989 through December 31, 1989, <br /> <br />which permit shall not be effective until such time as Sequoia <br /> <br />Union High School District <br /> <br />executes an acceptance of its terms <br /> <br />and conditions. <br /> <br />2. The permit herein granted shall be in the form of that <br /> <br />certain permit entitled "Grant of Revocable Permit <br /> <br />1006 <br /> <br />Jefferson" (form dated 08/10/89), which form is attached hereto <br /> <br />as "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by reference, including <br /> <br />the description of that property subject to said permit, which is <br />set forth in "Exhibit A" of said permit. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
