<br />OR\G\NJ\L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />11126 <br />N 0 <br /> <br />AU6 2 1 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SUBCONTRACT WITH POPLAR CENTER, INC. <br />(AREA AGENCY ON AGING 1989-90) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement (Area Agency on <br />Aging Subcontract)" by and between the City of Redwood City and <br />Poplar Center, Inc. for the funding of the Model Transportation <br /> <br />Project, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
