<br />CES:mmg n7/27/89 (#25/047) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1':11146 <br />'" ,~ <br /> <br />rap 18 1989 <br />OR\GINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT TO REDWOOD CITY CHILD DEVELOPMENT <br />CENTER FOR USE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED PROPERTY FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS TO PLAY AREA <br /> <br />(FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Redwood City Child Development Program has <br /> <br />requested permission to construct a play yard facility at the <br />Fair Oaks Community Center, 2600 Middlefield Road, (hereinafter <br /> <br />referred to as "Subject Premises"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to grant a revocable permit to the Redwood City Child Development <br /> <br />Program to make such improvements, subject to certain specified <br /> <br />terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> <br />revocable permit to Redwood City Child Development Program, to <br /> <br />make improvements at the Fair Oaks Community Center to improve <br /> <br />the use of said property as a child care center, which permit <br /> <br />shall not be effective until such time as Redwood City Child <br /> <br />Development Center executes an acceptance of its terms and <br /> <br />conditions. <br /> <br />2.
