<br />CES:djlT' 09/13/89 (076/#25) <br /> <br />SEP 2 5 1989 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1115 3 <br /> <br />ORIGtNAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR INSTALLATION OF <br />UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO WATER STORAGE RESERVOIR <br />NO. 2 AT REDWOOD SHORES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City is in the process of constructing certain <br /> <br />water storage reservoir improvements to its water system at <br /> <br />Redwood Shores; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage Pacific Gas and Electric <br /> <br />Company for certain services, including, but not limited to, <br /> <br />installation of <br /> <br />underground electric distribution service at <br /> <br />Pico Boulevard ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pacific Gas and Electric Company has represented <br /> <br />to City that it is uniquely qualified and experienced to perform <br /> <br />those services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Pacific Gas and Electric Company entitled "Agreement To <br /> <br />Install Facilities or Perform other Work", a copy of which is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
