That certain parcel map (including any dedications of <br /> <br />easements described therein) entitled Parcel Map 89-3 (West <br /> <br />Oakwood Boulevard) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by <br /> <br />Joseph Patrick McNulty, licensed land surveyor, for the owner of <br /> <br />record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City <br /> <br />Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, <br /> <br />is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said parcel map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvements of Parcel Map 89-3" (form dated 10/02/89) <br />wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map <br />by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br />specified in said agreement, all Initial Improvements <br />required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br />regulations of said City, and such other or Future <br />
