JAH:djrr '0/09/89 (086/#25) RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 11163 OCT 9 1989 ORIGfNAL RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY CONSENTING TO AND CALLING A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City has prepared a Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Redevelopment Project No.2; and WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment Law authorizes a joint public hearing to be held on the proposed Second Amendment before the Redevelopment Agency and the City Council, and the Redevelopment Agency has requested that a joint public hearing be held. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood City as follows: 1. The City Council hereby consents to and, at the request of the Redevelopment Agency, calls a joint public hearing of the Redevelopment Agency and the City Council to be held in the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors Chambers to consider and act upon the proposed Second Amendment and all documents and evidence pertaining thereto. The time and date of such joint public hearing shall be November 20, 1989, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. 2. The City Clerk of the City of Redwood City shall, in cooperation with the Executive Director of the Agency, prepare, publish and mail such notices and documents, and do all other acts as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this resolution. * * * 11163
