<br />DES:djk 1l/06/89 (023/26) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />!i Q. 111 8 7 <br /> <br />NOV 1 3 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR TELEPHONE SYSTEM <br /> <br />(NEC BUSINESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS (WEST), INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Maintenance Agreement" by <br /> <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br /> <br />the State of California and NEC Business Communication Systems <br /> <br />(West), Inc., a copy of which agreement, marked Exhibit" A", is <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, <br /> <br />providing for telephone maintenance services for the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City <br /> <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement substantially in the <br /> <br />form of Exhibit A and/or such other appropriate documents to <br /> <br />effectuate the purpose of said agreement (in form approved by the <br /> <br />City Attorney) . <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
