'- 0 R I G I N A L ~/12/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12693 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A PREQUALIFICATION <br /> QUESTIONNAIRE FOR THE CITY HALL PROJECT AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br /> RESPONSES THERETO <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a prequalification questionnaire inviting proposals from <br />prospective bidders for the City Hall Project, Redwood City, California, has been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise the invitation to prospective <br /> <br />bidders to submit responses to the prequalification questionnaire; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain document entitled, "Prequalification Questionnaire- <br />Subcontract for the City Hall - City of Redwood City, California," prepared by the <br />Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br />document is on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
