06/24/2019 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2464 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AMENDING SECTION 27.100 OF THE REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL <br />CODE RELATING TO SANITARY SEWERAGE SERVICE CHARGES <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 27.100 of the Redwood City Municipal Code is hereby deleted <br />in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br />Section 27.100. SEWER SERVICE CHARGES: <br />A. Established: The following charges are hereby established and levied upon <br />each premises or any portion thereof which receives or uses sewerage service from the <br />sewerage facilities: <br />1. Residential (with 1-9 Dwelling Units) Customers: All residential <br />uses including single-family, duplexes, multi -family dwellings or <br />structures, and similar classes of uses up to nine (9) dwelling units <br />shall pay the following monthly rate: <br />Effective August 1, 2019: Eighty-one dollars and seventy-six cents <br />($81.76) per dwelling unit; <br />Effective July 1, 2020: Eighty-five dollars and forty-four cents ($85.44) <br />per dwelling unit; <br />Effective July 1, 2021: Eighty-nine dollars and twenty-eight cents <br />($89.28) per dwelling unit. <br />2.
