7/23/01 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2214 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 38.5 OF THE CODE OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO WATER SERVICE <br /> CHARGES AND FEES <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Section 38.5 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 38.5. Water Service Char.qe. In addition to all other <br />charges and fees applicable to users of water from the water system <br />owned or operated by the City of Redwood City, as established by the <br />Water Rules and Regulations of the Department of Public Works <br />Services, as amended, and this chapter, residential and non-residential <br />monthly water service charges shall be paid for each water service within <br />the water service areas and at the rates and upon the effective dates as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> "(a) Residential Water Service Char,qe.
