<br /> 10/11/2004 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2276 <br /> ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SPECIFIED AMOUNTS FROM <br /> DESIGNATED UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCES TO SPECIFIED <br /> APPROPRIATIONS, CANCELING CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS, AND <br /> TRANSFERRING SPECIFIED AMOUNTS FROM DESIGNATED <br /> APPROPRIATIONS TO OTHER SPECIFIED APPROPRIATIONS <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The following stated amounts are hereby appropriated, transferred, <br />or canceled from the stated appropriations or balances and are appropriated or <br />transferred to Employee Costs, Supplies and Services, or Capital Allocations <br />appropriations: <br /> Revenue from: Amount <br />To unappropriated fund balance, Planning Cost Recovery System 435,926 <br />general fund <br /> Prepayment of CalPERS Employee Contributions 131,512 <br /> From Appropriation for: Amount <br />To unappropriated fund balance, City Council 2,000 <br />general fund Elimination of the Boards, Commissions <br /> and Committees annual recognition event <br /> City Manager 22,000 <br /> Discontinue participation in ICMA's Performance <br /> Measurement Program; and eliminate the <br /> Neighborhood Survey. <br /> SECTION 2.
