(\ : ':: f', ~ <br /> {\IU" ,'-" <br /> II "-if "'- <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2033 JUL - 9 1990 <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 2.31.4 AND 2.31.5 OF <br />THE REDWOOD CITY CODE RELATING TO FEES AND CHARGES FOR <br />COPYING AND CERTIFYING PUBLIC RECORDS BY THE CITY CLERK <br />AND ADDING SECTION 2.31.4 TO SAID CODE, PROVIDING THAT <br />SUCH FEES AND CHARGES SHALL BE ESTABLISHED BY <br />RESOLUTION <br />The Council of Redwood City does hereby ordain as follows: <br />SECTION l. Sections 2.31.4 and 2.31.5 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 2. Section 2.31.4 is hereby added to Article II <br />of Chapter 2 of the Code of the City of Redwood City to read as <br />follows: <br /> "Section 2.31.4. Fees for the preparation of copies or <br />extracts of public records, certifying to copies thereof, or <br />providing other documents in the Clerk's custody shall be <br />established by resolution of the City Council." <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be effective thirty days <br />from the date of its adoption, provided, however, that it shall <br />be operative retroactively from and after July 1, 1990 <br /> * * * <br /> n' ~ .. .... <br />
