ORDINANCE NO. 2068 <br /> DES:dmp /30/93 (022/11) <br /> o R 1 GIN A L 8/30/93 <br /> .-- <br /> o R DIN A N C E N O. 2068 <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.131 OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO ON-STREET PARKING METER <br />ZONES, RATES AND TIME SCHEDULES <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION l. Section 20.131 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 20.131. Rate and time schedules for all <br />parking meter zones shall be as established by this <br />section. It shall be unlawful for any person to park <br />or permit any vehicle to remain standing for a period <br />in excess of the period specified in the applicable <br />schedule. <br /> SCHEDULE A <br /> Rate: Five (5) cents for each twelve (12) mlnutes. <br /> Maximum parking period: One hour. <br /> SCHEDULE B <br /> Rate: Five (5 ) cents for each twelve (12 ) minutes. <br /> Maximum parking period: Two (2 ) hours. <br /> SCHEDULE C <br /> Rate: Five (5) cents for each twelve (12) minutes. <br /> Maximum parking period: Thirty-six (36) minutes. <br /> SCHEDULE D <br /> Rate: Seven and one-half (7~) cents for each one hour. <br /> Maximum parking period: Ten (10) hours." <br /> SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br />days from the date of its adoption. <br /> * * * <br />
