R I G I N A L B/14/95 ORDINANCE NO 2095 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65 TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65. THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65. The following general and special tax rates for General Improvement District No. 1-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1995 - June 30, 1996, in the amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: Three Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and no/100 dollars ($364,250.00) for payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-65 Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1- 65 Fund, and the special tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $.0046 on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of assessed value of all taxable real property within the limits of General Improvement District No. 1-65 as said District was established by Resolution No. 4589, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto. SECTION 2. REPEAL. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. ~. ~2EI?aM~!LII~ If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted said ordinance and each section, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more section, sentence, clause or phrase be declared invalid. -1-
